QuickYes does not require an account. We collect only the information you provide when placing an order, and we use it only to fulfill that order.

1. Information We Collect

When you place an order, you give us your name, phone number, and (for delivery orders) your delivery address and any notes for the courier. We also receive the contents and total of your order, and a device-specific notification token from Apple Push Notification Service or Firebase Cloud Messaging so we can send you order-status updates. We do not ask for your email, payment card details, or a profile photo. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information you provide solely to: prepare and deliver your order; contact you about that order; send push notifications about its status; and keep a record of past orders for accounting and dispute resolution. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Sharing of Information

Your order details are visible to the restaurant staff fulfilling your order. We store data on Google Firebase (Firestore and Cloud Messaging), which acts as our backend service provider. We may disclose information if required by law or legal process. We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

4. Data Retention and Your Rights

We retain order records for as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations. You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us at the email address provided in the app store listing. Information you choose to save on this device (such as your delivery address for future orders) is stored locally and can be cleared from within the app at any time.
